Work is scheduled after a written estimate is accepted. Timelines may shift due to weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on site. We communicate changes as early as possible.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your written estimate and invoice. Balances are typically due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Workmanship
Our workmanship guarantee is provided in writing with your job documentation and covers the specific scope performed by Vexiva One.
Scope & Liability Notice
Vexiva One provides non-structural exterior repair services (soffit, fascia, gutters) and device setup, configuration, and non-invasive technology services.
Any permit-required, structural, or electrical-panel work is referred to or performed solely under the scope, supervision, and licensing of authorized contractors. Vexiva One carries general liability insurance and follows OSHA 10 safety standards on every job site.
