What you're looking at

Most of these photos are the same three things, done properly. The perforated panels tucked under the eave are vented soffit. They let your attic breathe and keep pests and Florida humidity out of the roofline. The board running along the roof edge is the fascia, which is what your gutters hang from. When any of the three fails, water gets behind it, and that's when you find wood rot in the rafter tails.

You'll see torn-open eaves here too. We photograph those on purpose. It's the honest part of the job: what's behind the old panels before anything new goes up.

We shoot our exterior work on every job, and we're starting to do the same inside. Camera, Wi-Fi and TV installs will show up here as we photograph them. In the meantime, the work is real and the references are too.
