Tampa humidity never lets wood dry all the way out, and the afternoon storms drive rain sideways into the eave. We cut out rotted soffit and fascia, hang seamless gutters, and photograph everything for your insurance claim across South Tampa, Hyde Park and Seminole Heights.
Explore exterior services →Older Tampa homes fight plaster and brick. Newer ones out in Westchase and New Tampa just have too much floor plan for one router. We install security cameras, mesh Wi-Fi, TVs and smart devices, then set them up so they actually talk to each other.
Explore smart home →I'm very satisfied. The technicians were professional and careful. Highly recommend!!!
Most of the wood rot we cut out in South Tampa was invisible from the driveway. The bungalows around Hyde Park and Seminole Heights were built with real wood soffit and fascia, and decades of paint hide what is happening underneath. You find it when a painter's ladder goes through the board, or when the gutter starts pulling away from the house.
Humidity is the slow part. Storms are the fast part. A Tampa summer afternoon pushes rain straight up under an eave, and if the soffit is not vented, that moisture sits in the attic and works back into the wood. We check ventilation on every roofline we open, because new fascia over a wet attic buys you a couple of years and nothing more.
The newer side of the city has the opposite problem. Westchase and New Tampa homes came with vented aluminum soffit already, so the exterior holds up fine. Then a single builder-grade router tries to cover two floors and a lanai, and half the house has no signal. That is a mesh problem, not a roofline problem, and we do both.
Usually, yes. We measure the existing profile and either source a matching piece or fabricate the closest available match, primed and painted to blend. On the free inspection we'll tell you honestly whether an exact match is possible before any work starts.
Bubbling or peeling paint on fascia is often the first visible sign of moisture trapped underneath. It's worth a look before it spreads into the rafter tails. The inspection is free, and you'll have a written estimate within one business day.
Yes. One crew, whole city, 7AM to 7PM Monday through Saturday. The work is different (old-growth wood repairs in the south, builder-grade replacements in the north), but it's all ours. We don't subcontract it out.
