Where we work

Tampa Bay is home.
We travel from there.

Vexiva One works within roughly 125 miles (200 km) of Tampa: north to Crystal River, south to Fort Myers, and east across Polk County to Orlando and Ocala. Sixteen counties, one crew, the same standard on every job.

Straight-line distances from Tampa. Driving time is longer. Fort Myers is about two hours each way.

Tampa Bay

Home base
Hillsborough · Pinellas · Pasco

Our own crew lives here. Tampa Bay is three counties of very different housing: 1950s–70s concrete-block ranches still wearing their original aluminum soffit, South Tampa bungalows with painted wood fascia, and brand-new subdivisions in Wesley Chapel and Riverview where the builder-grade gutters were undersized from day one. Afternoon storms and year-round humidity age all three.

Nature Coast

Tree cover, shaded eaves
Hernando · Citrus

Spring Hill, Brooksville and the Citrus County waterfronts sit under heavy oak and pine canopy. Gutters fill with leaf litter faster here than anywhere else we work, and eaves that stay shaded stay damp, which is exactly where wood rot starts: in the fascia board and the rafter tails behind it.

Sarasota & Manatee

Salt air, seasonal homes
Manatee · Sarasota

From Palmetto down through Sarasota to Venice and Englewood, salt in the air corrodes fasteners and pits aluminum long before the panels themselves give out. Many of these homes are seasonal, so a small leak goes unseen for months. We photograph everything and send you the report whether you are in town or not.

Polk County

Old wood meets new build
Polk · the I-4 corridor

Lakeland, Winter Haven and Bartow still have plenty of mid-century homes on their original wood fascia. Twenty minutes up the I-4 in Davenport and Haines City it is almost all new construction. Same trip for us, but two completely different jobs and two completely different failure modes.

Orlando Metro

Rentals & second homes
Orange · Osceola · Seminole · Lake

Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties are full of vacation rentals and second homes where the owner is rarely on site. That changes how we work: photos before, photos after, and a written report of whatever we find behind the old panels, so you can approve the job without standing in the driveway.

Ocala & The Villages

HOA rules, colour matching
Marion · Sumter

Marion and Sumter counties are dense with HOA-governed communities where the soffit and fascia colour has to match the community standard. We source matching aluminum or vinyl panels rather than talking you into a full replacement in a colour your HOA will not approve.

Southwest Florida

Storm damage & insurance
Charlotte · Lee

Charlotte and Lee counties took the worst of recent hurricane seasons. Most of what we do here is storm work: torn soffit, ripped fascia, gutters pulled clean off the roofline, plus the written documentation your insurer is going to ask for.

Fort Myers is roughly a two-hour drive each way, so we schedule Southwest Florida work in blocks. Lead times here are longer than in Tampa Bay. We would rather tell you that up front.

Cities shown in yellow have their own page. The rest are covered from the same crew and the same phone number.

Outside the radius? Ask anyway.

Larger projects elsewhere in Florida (Jacksonville, Miami and beyond) are taken on request, not as routine local service. Tell us the scope and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for us to make the trip.
